3. Data in the MyVIRO platform
This privacy policy is about the website. If you use MyVIRO as an employee through your employer (for example, for incentives, leave, scheduling, or payroll documents), then your employer is the data controller. GO-VIRTUAL acts as a processor, on behalf of your employer and according to a processing agreement.
For questions about that data or to exercise your rights, initially contact your employer. We assist your employer where necessary.
4. Cookies and website statistics
We only place functional cookies without your consent. Analytical and external cookies (such as Google Analytics and embedded videos or maps) are only loaded after you have accepted them via the cookie bar. You can always change your choice.
- Plausible Analytics: measures visitor numbers without cookies and without storing personal data. The data remains in the EU.
- Google Analytics: measures how visitors use the website. We have limited IP anonymization and sharing data with Google for other purposes as much as possible.

5. With whom we share data and how long we keep it
We only share your data with service providers who help us operate the website and our communication. We enter into a data processing agreement with each of them.
